Relevance: This phrase from the last part of the second critic, sets a peculiar position for Ethics and Space, within the framework of our personal thinking.Those two are extremely important, and subjects of an ever going quest for knowledge.

The understanding of our developing technological power to impact and interact with the "starry heavens", sheds a very particular insight onto this phrase. Indeed, through our power to act on the "starry heavens", these now belong to the scope of the moral law, which itself, grounded on our representation of the cosmos, somehow depends on our representation of the Starry Heavens.

More thoughts: A way to understand the work we are doing here, could be that through Mankind's technological achievements, there is now a connection between those to subjects of knowledge of uthermost importance. Because we can act upon the starry heavens, these are now included in our moral scope.

This connection is what we are urging mankind, to achieve, and preceeds the establishment of ethics regarding the largest scales.
